ZLynx Enterprise, Inc. was established in 2004 by Clarence Williams, utilizing his 30+ years of experience managing Government Contracts, with emphasis on the building and grounds maintenance industry. Mr. Williams, President and CEO, is a retired service disabled veteran who has proudly served his country. He has previously served as a manager for numerous government projects, including purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment for the US Government.
